Hope Springs

Today is the first day of spring. It is marked by the vernal equinox, where the day=night. It is a day of balance—the heart and soul of the integrative health philosophy. We help balance the body, mind, and spirit. Your body, mind, and spirit. The whole person—not merely your symptoms, but what lies beneath them, at your core, at your heart.

In these unprecedented times (please forgive the now cliché) how do we (you) find balance? How do we (you) respond? We do the best we can. We bring out the best that lies within us all. How? A few thoughts:

Go outside. Mindful of social distancing, walk, run, skip, ride your bike. Wave to your neighbors. Activate.

Mental health in uncertain times is critical. Skype, Facetime, call family, friends.

Reconnect. Meditate, Be still, separate from the internet for a bit. Re-center. Reach out.

Proper sleep is essential. Whatever your body’s sleep requirements—give it to yourself. Napping is a good thing.

Eat well. Pantries are stocked. Make wise food choices. (Easy for me to say, I am a stress eater who loves to bake—but I am consciously trying).

Give your immune system some love. Schedule an IV Therapy session. We have private and semi-private rooms. We are spreading out treatment times and Wednesday, March 25th we are open until 9. Click here to request an appointment.

Stay hydrated.

Be gentle. Be kind.

Remember: social distancing is not social isolation.

Wash your hands with soap and water for a full 20 seconds as Jimmy Fallon reminds us

There is hope. You know it.

We are here with you and for you.

Yours in health,

Sherry and Marlene
