In 2018, she opened Advanced Integrative Care, an independent integrative medical practice, incorporating nutrition, dietary supplements, and herbal remedies with traditional medicine. She has been certified by New York as a Medical Marijuana Certification Provider since launching Advanced Integrative Care.

Marlene Rogers, FNP - BC
Marlene Rogers is a Nurse Practitioner in Family Health delivering compassionate healthcare to patients in Western New York since 2011. Her practitioner experience consists of serving as a primary care provider (PCP), providing house calls for patients with multiple chronic conditions at home, and treating opioid-dependent patients in both the private and clinic settings.
Barbara Tytka is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Professional Nurse for twenty-four years who has cared for patients in a medical surgical hospital setting, urgent care facility and an integrative holistic practice. Barb is devoted to the advancement of alternative and integrative therapies, and educating and guiding patients in their decisions to meet their healthcare needs.
Renee Peterangelo, RN
An infusion nurse, Renee is vastly knowledgeable about ozone therapies and specialized alternative IV protocols.
Throughout her years of nursing, she has empowered her patients through her compassionate care. Her dedication and holistic approach help them to attain their highest health care goals-- the results of which, are her greatest joy.
Vicky Leader, LPN
If you're an IV patient, chances are you are well acquainted with Vicki. She brings over 20 years of experience as an LPN and previously worked in Pediatrics. We know you'll feel at ease with her impeccable skills and delighted and surprised by her unparalleled wit. You'll find her primarily assisting Barb with IVs.
It is likely that it is Shannen, one of our Patient Experience Coordinators, who will first greet you by phone or at our reception desk. Like us, you'll be drawn to her sunny smile. However, it's her creativity, attention to detail, willingness to help, and administrative skills that make her a valuable resource for us, our patients, and our visitors.
